Vigavi Realty recently broke ground on two speculative 21,000-square-foot, crane-ready industrial building at Bay Oaks Business Park in Pasadena. The buildings, at 5581 & 5585 Bay Oaks Dr., Pasadena, TX 77505, should be complete in July, according to a statement.
