CUDD’s facility originally started out as a the first spec building for Vigavi’s industrial park Hardy Industrial Center. The tenant needed very specific building specifications. Vigavi was able to make adjustments to the building plans that were already permitted to quickly fit the needs of the tenant.
Vigavi approaches all developments with an incremental approach. By this approach it enabled them to adjust the spec building to the needs of the tenant. Vigavi was able to sign a lease quickly with the tenant and give them a building that was design specifically to their needs.
