Houston-based real estate developer Vigavi and Parkside Capital have acquired 178 acres along U.S. 290 in Waller County to develop Tradepoint 290, a logistics park that could bring up to 2.5 million square feet of industrial space to the area. The site, located 45 miles northwest of downtown Houston, will include up to four buildings, with preliminary plans featuring two structures of 1 million square feet each. This project addresses the growing demand for well-located industrial space, spurred by the rise of e-commerce. Tradepoint 290is ready for build-to-suit opportunities.
